Once your deposit has been received we will send a contract / liability waiver for each member of your group

Final payment will be due 60 days prior to your hunt date and will be clearly identified on your paperwork.

ENTRY TO CANADA

A passport is required to enter Canada. If you do not have a current, valid passport apply as soon as possible. US hunters, click for online application instructions If you have a criminal record, call border crossing for entry into Canada: 1-800-438-7020

DRIVING HERE

DRIVING – If driving up for your hunt you will be met in Fairview, Alberta which is approx. 1.5 hours North of Grande Prairie and 5.5 hours NW of Edmonton. Driving is a great way to come up if you intend to take your meat home with you.s to last a Lifetime

FLYING HERE

Big game hunters will book your flight into Grande Prairie, Alberta. We will pick you up and drop you off at the airport before and after your hunt. Waterfowl hunters, you will arrive and depart from the Edmonton International Airport.

FIREARMS INFO

Download A Non-Resident Firearms Declaration This form must be presented in triplicate, unsigned, to a Canada Customs Officer at your first point of entry into Canada. There is a small fee, not included in your hunt price. For information call: 1-800-731-4000 or 506-624-5380.

WIN NUMBER

Complete the online WIN application to purchase the WIN card prior to arrival. Be sure you give yourself enough time to receive your card before you arrive for your hunt. Keep this with you upon arrival as your WIN serves as your hunting license and is required to hunt in Canada

TRIP INSURANCE

I recommended all hunters purchase insurance in the case of the unexpected. We have seen hunters unable to make their hunt at the last minute or leaving early due to emergencies. Adequate insurance is worth the cost. Check with your travel agent about deposit and hunt cost coverage.
