With a well-managed deer population and limited hunting pressure, our area consistently produces big-bodied, heavy-racked bucks. We cover a lot of country, from agricultural fields to the more rugged areas of the Peace River Valley. For hunters wanting to burn some boot leather, we often get into the valley on foot to find hidden pockets where the big bucks hide. Hunters can expect to be hunting bucks in the 170″ to 200″ range, with definite possibilities for bigger.
There are a limited number of available tags in order to keep trophy quality and deer numbers high. If you’re looking for an authentic Alberta mule deer adventure, this is the hunt for you!
