Pricing: All hunt costs are in US dollars. Non-hunters are $300 USD per day. Rifle rentals available for $500 USD per hunt each.

Contact us to inquire about available dates for your chosen hunt. Our hunts are conducted in small groups to ensure a personalized experience, so booking in advance is recommended.
Secure Your Reservation
To lock in your hunt, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit. Deposits can be made via check, wire transfer, or credit card payment through PayPal. For hunts booked more than a year in advance, a deposit of $2,000 per hunter will hold your spot. All future payment dates and amounts will be clearly shown on your contract.

Firearms Info
A confirmed Non-Resident Firearms Declaration is required to bring a firearm into Canada.
This form must be presented in triplicate, unsigned, to a Canada Customs Officer at your first point of entry into Canada.
There is a small fee, which is not included in your hunt price.

WIN Number
Wildlife Identification Number (WIN) is required to purchase hunting and fishing licenses in Alberta.
Complete the online WIN application.
You will receive your 10 digit WIN number by email.
Please forward that along with your birthdate to us. This will allow us to purchase your licenses and tags for you prior to your arrival.
Add-On Hunts
If you have harvested your animal early and you’d like to hunt another species to finish out your week, you must pay for license and applicable hunt costs in camp prior to hunting.
Additional tags are subject to availability.
If you leave early, there is no refund for the remaining days of your hunt.
Travel Information
Border Crossing
U.S. residents and clients from other countries traveling through the United States and coming to Canada, please note that passports are required. All non-Canadians coming to Canada from other countries must comply with Canadian immigration rules and regulations regarding legal admission to Canada regardless of intention or reason for coming to Canada. Contact the U.S. Fish & Game Department to obtain up-to-date information on regulations. Check with your local authorities for import regulations into your country and any country you may be travelling through. Remember – export permits may be required for each country you leave.
Entry to Canada
Don’t forget your passport and be sure you are eligible to enter Canada.
Do you have a Criminal Record? Even a D.U.I may prevent travel to Canada.

Travel Costs
Flights or driving expenses are your responsibility.
You are responsible for all costs to transport antlers, cape, hides and meat home.
These costs vary depending on species, how much you are taking home and what the airline charges.
Be sure to check with the airline ensure you can take your trophy home with you.
Driving Here
If you plan to drive here for your hunt, you will be met in Fairview, Alberta – which is approximately 1.5 hours North of Grande Prairie and 5.5 hours NW of Edmonton.
Driving is a great way to come if you intend to take your meat home with you.
Flying Here
If you are flying into Canada, you will need to book your flight into Grande Prairie, Alberta.
We will pick you up and drop you off at the airport before and after your hunt.
Additional Hunt Costs
We want to ensure that all hunters have the best possible time on their hunt and are aware of costs and what to expect during their hunt. We do not want there to be any surprises. Hunt costs are non-refundable. All hunt costs are charged 5% GST. All hunt costs are in US dollars.
Miscellaneous Costs
- A $250 fee for any unscheduled airport trips, either arriving or departing.
- Hotel fees before and/or after the hunt.
- Taxidermy if requested.
- Liquor
- Coolers to transport meat.1-2 for deer. 4-5 for Moose
- 300/day for non-hunters.
Tipping
It is customary for each hunter to tip your guide and cook when on an outfitted hunt.
A standard tip amount for the guide is about 10-15% of the hunt cost.
For the cook, a standard amount would be $100 – $200.
Although any amount you can afford is appreciated.
Please let them know that their efforts and skills are appreciated.
Meat Processing
You will need a coolers to transport your meat.
Clients who do not want their wild game meat or parts of their wild game meat must still have this unwanted meat processed at their cost.
The meat will be distributed to families in need.
This is a great way to give back to the area.
Trip Insurance
We recommended all hunters purchase insurance in the case of the unexpected.
We have seen hunters unable to make their hunt at the last minute or leaving early due to emergencies.
Adequate insurance is worth the cost.
Ok, You’re Booked, Now What?
Once you have communicated your desire to book with us, we will prepare your contract and email it to you along with an invoice for your required deposit. You will have 5 business days to return your signed contract and send your deposit.
Once received, your hunt will be officially locked in. Additional information such as gear checklist (specific to your desired hunt) etc. will be emailed out approximately 2 months prior to your hunt. All additional payment due dates and amounts will be clearly shown on your contract.


It’s finally time to hunt!
Upon arrival, our team will welcome you and provide an orientation. You’ll meet your guide, discuss the hunt plan, and settle into your accommodations.
